To develop and strengthen alliances between companies, and between companies and government, an International Advisory Group(IAG) has been formed with representatives of key participating Chinese and foreign companies/organizations that have participated at the roundtables and wish to consider in detail particular integrity and transparency issues or business sectors where corruption is a major risk.

Role of the IAG: IAG members will contribute to the framing of codes of practice and guidelines for the inclusion of integrity, transparency and anti-corruption statements in company reports, and actively get involved in related study and survey projects. They will also meet with senior government officials to report on the work of the Initiative, to address common concerns in fighting corruption and to seek opportunities for cooperation; |

There will be 12 Advisory Group meetings, 2 after each roundtable through the three-year SII; |
• |
CBLF would discuss and agree with each IAG member the extent and nature of the contribution his or her company/organization can and should make to the programme; |
